I asked for extra extra extra extra extra pickles and they delivered. Not only is their food amazing, their service is top tier, even for a food cart. I ALWAYS order from them. I even tried a different restaurant for a change and I made the biggest mistake. Sam’s Hot Chicken for the win. They are the go to spot for their “Loaded Fries” because it makes me my belly happy, which makes me happy. Forever loyal customer. Sorry if my picture is horrible and half eaten. I was too excited and hungry.

I gotta mention this: Sam's makes one of the BEST Nashville styled chickens ever, Allaahumma baarik. Just amazing! And the Signature Loaded Fries is beyond me; remarkable. You're missing out if you haven't tried Sam's yet. Oh, and the owners, Rumaan and Rameez, are amazing people, Allaahumma baarik.

Sam’s Hot Chicken loaded fries are outstanding: crispy, well-seasoned, and generously topped, with heat that’s bold but controlled. The blend of Kashmiri chili and Nashville-style spice gives the heat real character: smoky, slightly sweet, and layered rather than one-note burn. I’ve gone as high as Reaper level before—legit heat, no gimmicks—but lately I’ve dialed it back to Hot, which still delivers plenty of kick while letting the flavors shine. The chicken stays juicy, the spice sticks, and nothing feels sloppy or overdone. Big flavor, and serious heat credibility. Easily one of the best hot chicken options around Hillside, open late too.

This place is great! Seriously!! You walk in and right away you notice it's clean, the staff is super friendly and more than helpful. G is the man too!! Great guy! Sam's is lucky to have someone like him upfront taking care of business and the customers! You order your food and hardly any wait. I got the reaper tenders platter so i had to sign the waiver. It was on point! Good flavor and decent heat. A must try. You pepper heads out there won't be disappointed.
